Over 500 county officials attended NYSAC’s 2013 Fall Seminar in beautiful Saratoga Springs. The annual event delivered need-to-know information, preparations for the upcoming NYS legislative session, and opportunities to connect with (and learn from) hundreds of county officials from all corners of New York State. NYSAC conferences are the only place to find high level education and advocacy resources for New York State's county officials.

Education tracks included: economic development, Pre-K/Early Intervention reforms, emergency management, fiscal issues, real property tax, insurance, county communications, professional development, and opportunities to earn credit for the Pelletier County Government Institute. Energy Management Training Institute at the NYSAC Fall Seminar

NYSAC, in cooperation with the Municipal Electric and Gas Alliance (MEGA), presented the third annual Energy Management Training Institute at NYSAC’s Fall Seminar. The training provided an educational opportunity for local government employees responsible for energy purchasing and facilities management duties.
