Conflict Defender

Franklin County, New York has created a Conflict Defender Office and seeks a NYS Licensed Attorney to appoint as Conflict Defender.

Office will handle conflicted criminal and family law cases in county court and/or town and village justice courts.

Interested applicants must have a minimum of five (5) years appropriate experience. Salary negotiable to $50,000 and full county benefits.
