Director of Information Technology
Genesee County is seeking high energy, articulate, excellent candidates for the position of Director of Information Technology. This is an important Management position that ensures that the County's information technology infrastructure functions in a superior manner and remains current. The incumbent works closely with all county departments to assess technology and computing needs and makes recommendations that are in alignment with the County's mission and departmental strategic plans. Supervision is exercised over a staff of eight.
Qualifications: A Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or other related field and 6 years of experience in the management of information systems. Supervisory experience required. A Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience is acceptable also.
Salary Range: 459261-$76953.
