Director of Employment and Training
Jefferson County is seeking a skilled professional responsible for the administration and supervision of the day to day operations of the Department of Employment and Training. The incumbent works with business leaders and government officials to develop plans and implement programs to enhance training and employment opportunities in the county.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: bachelor's degree and 3 yrs. of experience in job or training development, personnel counseling or placement, public or business administration or economics, including substantial supervisory experience.
