Director of Planning and Community Development
Seneca County, located in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State, is seeking qualified applicants for Director of the Planning and Community Development Department.
This upper level professional position shall be responsible for administering and coordinating all planning and community development activities.
This is a full-time position with full county benefits. The salary is in the mid sixties but is negotiable dependent upon qualifications and experience.
The following qualifications are required: A Bachelor’s Degree in Planning, Economics, Business or Public Administration, or related field, along with 4 years of experience in community development projects or activities, two years of which must be in an administrative or supervisory capacity.
