Nursing Home Administrator
Schenectady County is seeking a licensed nursing home administrator to lead Glendale Home, a 200-bed skilled nursing facility. The new administration will be responsible for leading the transition to a new resident-centered neighborhood design facility anticipated for occupancy in Fall 2013. The new design integrates lifestyle and services.
Candidates should possess significant nursing home management experience, excellent leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Candidates must also possess a strong commitment to seniors and the delivery of quality care and exhibit a keen understanding of the changing nature of the long term care service and fiscal systems.
Salary commensurate with education and experience. Excellent benefit package includes New York State retirement, generous health, dental, vacation, sick and personal time.
