Welcome to the NYSAC Legislative Action Center. NYSAC advocates at the local, state and federal levels on the myriad of issues impacting counties across New York State.

NYSAC's 2012 Legislative Priorities include:

• Children with Special Needs (Preschool Special Education and Early Intervention)
• Public Safety
• Human Services

Throughout the 2012 Legislative Session, NYSAC will be working to ensure that these priorities are included in the State budget. The Association's leadership is partnering with members across the state to ensure that the voice of New York State's counties is clearly represented and heard.
