The Attorney General's report, detailing harassment allegations against Governor Cuomo, contains serious and corroborated allegations of illegal and improper behavior that diminishes his capacity to effectively govern the state. On behalf of the 62 counties of the state of New York, we strongly urge the Governor to step aside and allow the Lieutenant Governor to assume the functions of governing the Great State of New York as it grapples with a resurgent virus and an economic recovery.
