Every year NYSAC develops a comprehensive federal legislative program. In 2023, NYSAC has focused our efforts on preserving federal eFMAP savings, and restoring the ability to deduct state and local taxes on federal income taxes owed. 

NYSAC submitted testimony to the Senate on the legislative and budgetary actions that will be necessary to implement the Climate Action Council’s Final Scoping Plan for reaching the Climate Act’s goals.
