SFY 2027 Enacted Budget Report

After months of negotiations and more than a dozen budget extenders, New York has finally enacted the SFY 2027 State Budget. NYSAC has prepared a preliminary County Impact Report summarizing key provisions affecting counties. 

NYSAC will continue to update the County Impact Report in the coming weeks as we work through the budget bills to provide members with a comprehensive analysis of county impacts.
