Testimony on the Recycling Crisis

In October 2019, NYSAC submitted testimony to a joint Senate and Assembly hearing to examine recycling-related issues. The testimony explains the challenges counties faced in the wake of China’s National Sword policy and outlines the state investments needed to support local recycling programs.
