Priorities for the End of the 2025 Legislative Session

While lawmakers and the Governor continue to hammer out an SFY 26 Enacted Budget, NYSAC, along with every association and organization in Albany have begun advocating for non-budget legislative priorities, as the rank-and-file lawmakers begin to jockey for time on committee agendas to advance bills to the floor for consideration.

Following adoption of the state budget, NYSAC prepares a Legislative Program outlining our priorities for the remainder of the legislative session. With the budget so late this year, we're releasing it a little... early?
