Competitive 2025 Salary (2026 Salary subject to negotiation): $107,555

This position is non-competitive through the New York State Civil Service HELP (Hiring Emergency Limited Placement) Program and qualified candidates will not be required to take a Civil Service exam. The applicant must be a resident of New York State and possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a license to practice as a professional engineer in New York State. Applicant must also possess a valid New York State driver’s license.
