NYSAC has partnered with the Public Employee Risk Management Association (PERMA) to develop a workers' compensation program tailored specifically for counties and county workers' compensation pools. PERMA is a member-owned, not-for-profit association of public entities providing workers’ compensation coverage through a group self-insurance program.

Deckard’s Rentalscape platform helps counties track rental activity, support local regulations, estimate transient occupancy tax revenue, and maintain community standards.
