Executive Director, NYATEP

The New York Association of Training and Employment Professionals (NYATEP) is pleased to announce the search for its next Executive Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead New York’s statewide workforce association at a pivotal moment—advancing collaboration, innovation, and advocacy to support a skilled and future-ready workforce across the state.

The Executive Director will partner with NYATEP’s Board of Directors and members to guide strategic growth, strengthen fundraising and partnerships, and elevate workforce development efforts statewide.

The position offers a salary range of $150,000–$200,000, commensurate with experience and location within New York State.
